We are looking for individuals who are qualified Social Workers who are not currently registered with Social Work England. Our full ILACS inspection confirms that services and outcomes for many children in Hull have improved over the last two years. The experiences and progress of children in care and care leavers in Hull are now rated as good.
We are recruiting and would love to hear from passionate and motivated qualified Social Workers to work across our various teams. All qualified Social Workers benefit from having the cost of their Social Work England registration paid, hybrid/flexible working and a retention payment of £1,750 is also available for those in hard to recruit areas. In addition to this you will receive training in Signs of Safety and excellent learning, development, and progression opportunities.

We will support you in your return to practice, whilst completing requirements you will be paid the bottom scale point of grade 7, £26,446 then following completion and registration you will move to the bottom scale point of grade 8, £30,095.
