As a Practice Supervisor you will not directly carry a caseload but will focus and supporting your team to deliver high quality practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and Support: Oversee a small team of social workers, ensuring effective delivery of services to children and families.
- Build Relationships: Collaborate with partners to provide the right support at the right time.
- Safeguard and Promote Welfare: Commit to the safety and well-being of children and young people.
- Develop Others: Support the growth of students and newly qualified social workers.
- High-Quality Practice: Ensure assessments and plans are of the highest standard.
- Chair Meetings: Lead multi-agency meetings to coordinate care and support.
