Your Role

For this unique and vital role, we are seeking a Children’s Safeguarding Reviewing Service Manager who is a registered qualified and experienced Social Worker.

 

This is a great opportunity for those passionate about child and family centred service delivery and ensuring effective practice that works for our children and families.

 

You will lead on the delivery of effective safeguarding and reviewing practice and manage our Children’s Safeguarding Reviewing service alongside another Service Manager.

 

You will take a lead role in managing the child protection conferencing, Local Authority Designated Officer and family group conferencing functions alongside children in care reviewing.

 

Independent review practice is highly valued and through your leadership you will

ensure high quality practice standards in line with statutory and regulatory requirements.

 

As part of our team, you will be supported by relational leaders to help you thrive in your Service Manager role.
