Ofsted stated in 2022 that "Children benefit from a consistently high standard of social work practice. The commitment to children as a priority for the council and across the partnership is exemplary. Senior leaders have created a culture in which social work has flourished. It is based on the importance of relationships, and of promoting children’s sense of being loved and cared for."
To apply for this post you must have experience and demonstrate an understanding of the issues facing vulnerable children and young people. The successful candidate must be a qualified social worker and registered with Social Work England.
