We have a permanent opportunity for a Social Worker to join the Children & Families Disability Team to provide a service to children with disabilities and their families. We would welcome applications from those who are also interested in working within this service area.

• a relentless commitment to quality - and to be able to talk about what good practice 'looks like' for children, young people and families;

• a capacity for honest reflection and openness to learning;

• an ability to build relationships and communicate with children and families.
