We are seeking a creative, dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Targeted Family Support Service. Working as part of a highly skilled and supportive team the post holder will deliver targeted family help and support to children and families across North Lincolnshire.

The successful candidate will be passionate about working with vulnerable children, young people and their families and will deliver interventions to improve the lives of children and young people in North Lincolnshire. Working to the principles of the North Lincolnshire's 'One Family Approach' the core purpose of the work is to help children remain with their families, in their schools and in their communities.

With a focus on working with the whole family, enabling and empowering people to make positive changes in their lives in order to increase their resilience and achieve successful outcomes.
