We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Practice Supervisor to fulfil a post within Adoption. You will be able to lead and supervise a team of qualified social workers whose responsibilities include recruiting, assessing, training and approving adoptive parents, identifying and matching adoptive families for children who have a plan of adoption. We are looking for someone who is committed to supporting adoptive families and special guardianship households throughout their journey and who can be creative and innovative in the provision of support.

We are looking for someone who can contribute to outstanding adoption practice in North Lincolnshire and work within our One Family Approach in which to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families.
