Provide strong, forward-thinking and positive accountability in relation to the Family Help and Support  offer, in order to deliver ever-improving performance with accountability for:

•    Case Management – Children in Care
•    Case Management – Care Leavers
•    Accommodation for Care Leavers
•    Support to Care Leavers
•    Pathway Planning
•    Supported accommodation
•    Corporate Parenting 
•    Unaccompanied children and young people
