North Lincolnshire are looking for hard working, motivated and enthusiastic team players to join our statutory Youth Justice Partnership, the pace is fast and the work can be complex.
You will need excellent engagement and communication skills as well as being pedantic on detail when carrying out your case management work on our IT systems. Safeguarding is about evidencing as well as the interventions you carry out directly with the young person so you must be strong in both areas.
We are looking for people who can work in an extremely tight team but also make good risk management decisions alone, once trained. The ‘Child First’ principle underpins the work of the partnership and therefore applicants need to be child centred in their approach.
Time keeping and flexibility to ensure the work is complete and on time to meet youth justice national standards is essential.
You must be able to plan and organise your work have natural professional curiosity and be able to work in a multi-agency manner in line with our one family approach.
You must have a can-do attitude as this work can be very demanding at times but at the same time extremely rewarding.
