An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Protection, Children in Care and Care Leavers to join our outstanding Children and Families service in North Lincolnshire. Within this role you will provide systems leadership and management with key responsibility for voice and participation, performance and data, evaluation and assurance, policy and partnerships. Working to the AD Standards and Regulations, and the AD for Help and Protection you will drive best outcomes to achieve our One Family Approach ambition for children to thrive in their families, achieve in schools, and flourish in their community.
