As part of our transformation journey, the post of Lead Officer for Family help has been newly created. In this roles, you will have significant social care leadership experience, including proven experience of directly leading a social care team and developing system wide practice that empowers children and families. You will lead a team that focuses on co-production with families, through an integrated, multi-agency model of family help within their communities. Building on a new relationship with neighbourhoods and communities founded on enablement, you will help drive forward an integrated offer for children and families across both the Council and partnership. You will work together as one council leadership team to continue to drive our ambitions for children to be in their homes, in their schools, and in their communities.
