An exciting opportunity has arisen, and we are recruiting for a Head of Family Help and Intervention. In this role, you will have significant leadership experience within social care, including proven experience of directly leading a social care team and developing system wide practice that empowers children and families.

Within this role you will lead on managing the Family Help offer for children and families. Building on a new relationship with neighbourhoods and communities you will help drive forward the integrated offer across both the Council and wider partnership. You will work together within the one council team to continue to drive our ambitions for children to be in their homes, in their schools, and in their communities.
