Our Children, Our Future

Following the recent appointments of a permanent Children’s Services Senior Leadership Team, including an outstanding Director of Children’s Services, Service Directors and Deputy Service Directors, there has never been a more exciting time to join North East Lincolnshire Council’s Children’s Services.

Our transformation journey continues to show real success and was recognised during Ofsted’s recent visit where they highlighted “increasing confidence in social care practice”. This is a great opportunity to join our team, where putting children and families is at the heart of everything we do, building genuine relationships making ‘Our Children, Our Future.’

Working with partners, North East Lincolnshire Council is relentless in our vision of ensuring children grow up happy and healthy, safe in their homes and communities with people who love them.
