We are seeking a Deputy Manager to help lead the Kingfisher Lodge children’s home in Scunthorpe. Alongside families, partners, and the community, our aim is to provide a stable home, built on love, enabling the foundations for a healthy and successful life for our most vulnerable and inspiring children and young people.

To be the successful candidate you must have experience of working with children in care in a residential setting, and have the skills to manage others to be at their best.
