Our full ILACS inspection confirms that services and outcomes for many children in Hull have improved over the last two years. The experiences and progress of children in care and care leavers in Hull are now rated as good.
We are looking for experienced social workers to join us as we continue on our improvement journey to provide outstanding services and outcomes for all of our children. Ofsted has confirmed that social workers enjoy working in Hull: they feel valued, good work is celebrated, and social workers feel part of the service. The retention and learning and development offers are well received.
Our Assessment Teams complete our first social care assessments, working closely with our integrated front door Early Help and Safeguarding Hub (EHASH)
We would love to hear from passionate and motivated qualified Social Workers interested in joining us. All qualified Social Workers benefit from training in Signs of Safety and excellent learning, development, and progression opportunities.
We currently have opportunities within our Assessment Teams (based across the City), Locality Teams (based in the East, West and North of the City) and Children Looked After (based in the City Centre).
