We are seeking a creative, dynamic and motivated individual to join our One Family Hub team. Working as part of a highly skilled and supportive team, the post holder will deliver targeted family help and support to children and families across North Lincolnshire. The successful candidate will be passionate about working with vulnerable children, young people and families, and will deliver interventions to improve the lives of children and young people in North Lincolnshire.

Working to the principles of the North Lincolnshire 'One Family Approach' the core purpose of the work is to help children remain with their families, in their communities and in their schools. With a focus on working with the whole family, enabling and empowering people to make positive changes in their lives in order to increase their resilience and achieve successful outcomes.

The successful candidate will be required to work evenings and weekends as part of a duty rota. If you are passionate about improving outcomes for children and families, and are committed to enabling people to make positive changes in their lives, we would like to hear from you.
