We have an exciting opportunity to become the new Children’s Resource Centre Manager here at Cherry Tree Lodge.

Cherry Tree Lodge is a registered children's home providing short breaks for children with disabilities. Our young people have diverse needs, including complex health conditions, autism, and behaviours that can challenge. We offer comprehensive training and induction to ensure our staff are well-equipped to provide exceptional care.
We are a strong, committed team consisting of a Registered Manager, two Deputy Managers, and senior members of staff. Together, we work passionately to support and empower the children in our care.
About the role
As the new Manager of Cherry Tree Lodge, you will lead and inspire the team, ensuring the highest standards of care are being always met.
You will manage the day-to-day operations, including attending key meetings, preparing and managing rotas, and overseeing health and safety of Cherry Tree Lodge.
You will also supervise and appraise staff, fostering a supportive and empowering work environment whilst ensuring that compliance with Ofsted requirements are met at all times.
About you
We are looking for a dedicated manager with a passion for leading the service forward. Ideally, you will have experience working with children with disabilities, but most importantly, you must have the dedication and commitment required for this role.
Due to the role, you will need to have experience in the same or similar roles, with at least 2 years in a relevant position within the last 5 years.
As this is a very important role to the service and to ensure high standards are met, you will need to have strong communication skills with a eye for detail.
Have experience in a multi-agency environment and a regulated care setting, with a focus on children or adults with disabilities.
