In this role, you will take the lead on continuing to build and strengthen our partnerships with schools, partner agencies, and the community. Together, we aim to develop a truly inclusive and integrated offer, enabling all children to thrive within their families, achieve in their schools, and flourish in their communities.
You'll be tasked with embedding and enhancing our One Family Approach, building on our outstanding foundations to enrich North Lincolnshire as a place of opportunity for all children, young people, and their families. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining our commitment to inclusion and support for every child.
We're looking for a skilled systems leader who places children and families at the heart of everything they do. An understanding of the importance of early intervention and a collaborative approach with the community and schools is essential. Additionally, you should demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the challenges across the education spectrum, particularly in Special Educational Needs.
Your ability to translate national policy and legislation into effective local solutions will be crucial in this role. We need someone who can navigate these complexities and bring innovative solutions to the table.
