This is a great opportunity to join the team as a Relief Word Aid, working on a 1-1 basis within our Restorative Practice Lead.
The main purpose of this role is to support our Restorative Practice Lead with administrative tasks which can include:
· e-mail dictation
· diary management
· System navigation
· data inputting
· minute taking
· document management
The role sits within the Restorative Practice service, which is part of the wider Stronger Foundations Team. The Restorative Practice Lead manages the delivery of the restorative practice service, which focusses on building restorative relationships with Young People, their relationships and their communities.
The uniqueness of the service is that we employ service-connected young people to deliver this also supporting them and their development.
With this opportunity being a relief role, we are able to offer flexibility with hours and days to suit the needs of the service.
About you
We are looking for a candidate who is self-motivated, enthusiastic and who possess good inter-personal and communication skills.
There will be a need to handle sensitive issues in a confidential and professional manner. Touch-typing or a very good speed and accuracy is a requirement of the successful candidate.
You will benefit from a supportive management system, on-going personal development and performance management process.
