We are currently recruiting an Advanced Practitioner post based in the Children in Care team.
The role is pivotal in supporting the ongoing improvements in practice required to support the service delivered to children and their families from Good to Outstanding. They require someone who is experienced in managing a complex case load and working with families who may be difficult to engage. You will need to have some experience of mentoring and/or supervising social workers or students and hold the Practice Educator Level 1 qualification or demonstrate a willingness to work towards this.
As an Advanced Practitioner you will work closely with the team managers and advanced practitioners within the Children in care service as well as across Doncaster Children, Young People and Families Service to embed good and outstanding practice for the children and young people who reside in Doncaster.
