Grade: JK

Salary: £37,035 - £41,511 per annum

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Hours: 37 hours per week

Location: Harrogate

Weekend Working: Yes

 

We are looking to recruit a Portfolio Lead to join the Multi-Disciplinary No Wrong Door Team.  No Wrong Door provides care and support to North Yorkshire's most vulnerable young people aged 12-25 through our residential and edge of care services. No Wrong Door helps young people to achieve the best possible outcomes in life. The post holder will need to be a resilient, flexible and skilled worker with experience of supporting children and young people with complex needs, preferably in a residential setting.

The post holder will be responsible for the direct day to day care of young people within a residential home and will act as shift leader whilst on shift, additionally the post holder will support young people on the edge of care, accommodated in various Hub placements, and care leaver's post 18.

The post holder will work within a defined culture and intervention practise model and will need to adopt a solution focused and restorative approach.

The post holder will be a positive role model for colleagues and provide support, encouragement and guidance to staff, including the supervision of relief workers.

As a Portfolio Lead you will develop specialised knowledge and skills in one area of the No Wrong Door Core Offer, you will act as a champion to drive forward the No Wrong Door ethos and values whilst promoting good practise and sharing your knowledge across the team.
