An opportunity has arisen for an Education Inclusion Assistant (Careers and Progression) to work within the SEND team to reduce the number of young people aged 16 to 19 (and up to 25 for those with LDD) who are not in employment education or training (NEET).

Duties will include maintaining the database of young people and updating client records with information provided from schools, colleges and other learning providers and liaising with providers to ensure we are aware of the most up to date current situation for all young people post 16.

You will be contacting young people to ensure their records are up-to-date and assisting with the production of information for young people on jobs and training available in the area.
