Provide strong, forward-thinking and positive accountability in relation to the Family Help and Support  offer, in order to deliver ever-improving performance with accountability for:

•    Targeted family support
•    Targeted prevention functions
•    Family Hubs and Children’s Centre provision
•    Early Help strategic and policy lead
•    Supporting Families programme
•    Start for Life Family Hubs programme
•    Lead for integrated children and family offer
•    Business support
•    Agency Decision Maker
•    Performance and assurance for inspection and regulatory functions within scope
•    Child in Need
