Job Title: Social Worker Team Manager – Children & Families Service, Scarborough
Location: North Yorkshire House, Scarborough. The service very much promotes flexible working with the ability to work remotely from other bases, as well as working from home.
Salary: To £50,543 pro rata, per annum plus relocation support
Grade: N
Hours: Full-time/ 37 hours

Team: Child Permanence and Family Reunification, Scarborough
In the Child Permanence and Family Reunification team we work with all young people up to the age of 18 who are either Looked After by the Local Authority in a variety of placements whether family placements or foster families, Child in Need and Unaccompanied asylum seeking children and Children subject to court proceedings. We have strong links with other teams and services and work collaboratively with them
This person will be someone who can step into the team, lead and manage Social Workers with the support of Practice Supervisors to ensure the delivery of an effective social work service to children and their families in accordance with the relevant policies and procedures.
