Team Manager Children in Care

Grade 11 £48,399 - £50,379 depending on experience

Doncaster Children, Young People and Families Service are currently looking for a Team Manager to work within our Children in Care on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for leading, managing and coaching a Team responsible for delivering and improving services for Children in Care.

This is a pivotal role in supporting the ongoing improvements in practice required to support the service delivered to children and their families from Good to Outstanding. The role requires someone who is experienced in supervising staff and/or mentoring staff. Knowledge and experience in care planning regulations, writing court statements, smart planning (PEP, Pathway and Care Planning) and chairing strategy meetings are all a feature of this role.

You will need to be motivated, aspirational, committed and passionate about making a difference to children, young people and their families.

As a Team Manager you will work closely with the Service Manager, other Team Managers and Advanced Practitioners within your team and across Doncaster Children Young People and Families service to embed good and outstanding practice for the children, young people and their families.
