Job description

Calderdale is a beautiful metropolitan borough in the heart of the Yorkshire Pennines, situated between Manchester and Leeds. The spectacular natural landscape, vibrant town and villages and tremendous architecture make it a great place to live and work. It’s ideal location allows for easy access via the motorway or rail into the town centre or the surrounding area.

We are looking to recruit a Practice Manager to supervise and support staff within the Pathways Leaving Care Service. The role of the Practice Manager will be to supervise and lead a team of up to 6 Pathway Advisors (including a Participation/Enrichment Worker) and social workers / student social workers as and when needed.
