We are seeking a Children and Families Leadership Support Officer to join us in Partnerships Evaluation and Outcomes within the Children and Families team at North Lincolnshire Council.

What you’ll do:
• Provide responsive, comprehensive and high quality business administration support to the Children and Families leadership team, acting as the first point of contact for the Children and Families Assistant Directors
• Work with the Children and Families Leadership Support Co-ordinator and wider colleagues to ensure consistency and quality across the team and balancing the requirements of individual and team priorities
• Support internal and external meetings and boards, building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of colleagues and partners
• Contribute to maintaining standards and promoting continuous improvements of systems and processes in the context of our assurance framework

The skills you’ll need:
• Strong organisational and administration skills with the ability to use various IT software tools
• The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a wide range of people within North Lincolnshire Council and across our partnership
• High level communication skills, creativity and an eye for detail
• Proactivity, adaptability and resilience
