About the Role: As the Team Manager taking alead for the Early Help Hub, you will:

  • Lead a small team of Early Help and Prevention Practitioners, managing all early help requests.
  • Provide management support within the Safeguarding Hub and collaborate with co-located partners in a multi-agency forum.
  • Ensure children receive timely and appropriate services by making confident and informed decisions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified and registered social worker with experience in a Children’s Front Door Service.
  • A dynamic leader who promotes positive and proactive working.
  • A competent decision-maker who ensures the safety of children at the first point of contact.
  • Someone who can provide swift direction and excellent management oversight to ensure the right outcomes for every child and family.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work within a quality assurance framework and provide high-quality support and supervision for staff.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a multi-agency team.
  • Foster positive working relationships with a range of different agencies.
