As one of our senior social workers, you’ll lead by example making critical assessments and decisions that keep children safe from harm. Through care planning and management and direct therapeutic work, you’ll make sure young people and their families get the attention, care and support they need. You’ll also work closely with other agencies and organisations and act as a mentor to less experienced members of the team.
