We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assertive Outreach Youth Worker to join our team.
As an Assertive Outreach Youth Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people in your community. This is a rewarding role that requires passion, creativity, and the ability to connect with young individuals.
Whilst helping shape the lives of young people, you could also shape your own career gaining vital experience and skills that could be key to becoming a teacher, social worker or joining the police! Or for those considering a role within Youth Justice and wanting to take a lead role in diverting young people from entering the criminal justice system.
We are looking for a person who:
• Is energetic, inspiring and an excellent role model.
• Has skills or interests in art, music/DJing, cookery or sport.
• Can talk with young people in an open and honest manner.
• Can follow instructions and work under the direction of a Senior Outreach Youth Worker.
