Doncaster Children’s Services are looking for a Service Manager to manage our Child Protection Chairs and LADO service area.

What are we asking from you?
BA or MA in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work or equivalent recognised qualification.
Registered with Social Work England.
Considerable experience of working as a leader and manager within children’s social care.
Ensuring that safeguarding systems are in place for children and families, as well as effective quality assurance providing scrutiny and challenge of children’s plans,
An ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and partner agencies.
Deliver inspection and the Children and Young People Improvement Plan outcomes for the continuous professional development of staff and improvement of the quality of services for which you are responsible.
To provide good quality and consistent line management oversight.
An ability to analyse information effectively and to write high quality reports.
To focus on your own continuing professional development.
The ability to lead, motivate and support an experienced team.
