Your Role 

We have an amazing opportunity for a Practice Supervisor to join our Youth Justice Service, achieving success and positive outcomes for children and families.

As a Leader within North East Lincolnshire Council, you can expect a tailored approach to your personal learning journey through AcademyNEL, ensuring you are achieving your personal learning goals as well as maximising the support you can give to your team. 

 As a systems leader you will provide leadership and drive best practice in the development of a “child first” approach within youth justice and translate this into operational delivery of services to children and their families. You will shape practice initiatives, lead a team of multi-disciplinary staff, manage performance, and champion the implementation of North East Lincolnshire’s Youth Justice Plan in alignment with national standards.
