We are looking for a driven and approachable Head of Service to lead and manage our Fostering, Residential and Placements services. You will be a role model leader who can demonstrate best practice and provide the support to achieve excellent outcomes for our children and young people. You will have in-depth knowledge and experience of social work and understand what our children and young people need to make a positive and lasting difference to their lives. 

Whilst the usual experience, education, knowledge and technical ‘know how’ are all pre-requisites, the ability to lead, manage and inspire your team with the right culture, is just as important to us.
