The Council for Disabled Children has a full free cataogue of SEND training available online for all to access. The training modules will give you an overview of key areas which will support you in your practice when working with families whose children/young people have special educational needs and/or disabilities. You will need to register but this only takes one minute. You can download a certificate after each module which you can then use for your CPD records:
